Refund Policy

1. Prepaid credits
Credits are prepaid. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already consumed by runs.
2. Failed runs
If a run fails before producing output, the held credits are released back to your wallet automatically — you are not charged.
3. Disputes
For billing questions or a refund request, contact support with your account email and the relevant run or top-up reference.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method.
